Our Lease-To-Own Program provides the chance to our customers who wish to purchase ready-built real estate property to enter into a lease-to-own agreement with the Bank to rent the property at flexible rental payments with competitive rates covering all customers’ financial needs, within a specified financing period, at the end of which the Bank guarantees to transfer ownership of the property to the customer after all due payments have been made.

The benefits and features of this program are many and include:

  • Financing up to 80% of the property value
  • Financing up to JOD 250,000
  • Flexible tenure up to 20 years
  • Free Islamic Takaful Insurance available for both client and property
  • Salary transfer not required
  • Guarantor not required
  • The possibility of covering your housing obligations with other banks in the form of Ijarah
  • Special financing programs available for Jordanian non-residents

  • Salary Certificate
  • Last three months salary slips
  • Latest 6 month bank statements

  • Property valuation report from JDIB approved evaluator
